Couchdrop supports both personal Google Workspaces and Shared Drives that are part of a Google Workspace organization. However, they use a separate connection because Google Workspace requires more permissions and creating a dedicated Service Account to connect.

A Service Account ties an application to Google Workspace data and services without requiring user interaction. Each service account is tied to a particular application, which in this case will be Couchdrop.
