Publish Couchdrop file activity to Google PubSub

Google PubSub is a distributed event delivery and message bus for cloud workloads. Couchdrop can push files and event information with optional metadata to a Pub/Sub topic as part of an automation.

Integrate Google PubSub with Couchdrop

How it works

Couchdrop connects to Google PubSub as a platform integration that is used in automations. The connector enables teams to publish file activity and data into a PubSub topic without code.

Automations in Couchdrop can be scheduled or trigger-based. These triggers can include when a new file arrives in Couchdrop from cloud storage, SFTP and FTP servers, APIs, inbound webhooks, and other sources. The automation can then process that file and publish that data to a Google PubSub topic automatically.

Capabilities

  • Publish files and data from Couchdrop into Google PubSub
  • Send messages to an existing PubSub topic
  • Automate data flows that push data into Google PubSub

Getting started

  1. In Couchdrop, add a new system integration and choose Google PubSub.
  2. Provide the project ID, topic name, and service credentials JSON file.
  3. Add the PubSub integration to the relevant Couchdrop Automation so messages are published when the workflow runs.
