Morningstar uses FTP/SFTP to deliver data to customers and collect data from clients or providers. Couchdrop can work as the transfer and automation component for securely transferring and routing these files into cloud storage, analytics tools, and other systems.
Couchdrop helps manage both directions of exchange: receiving recurring files into cloud storage and/or staging outbound files from a storage endpoint.
Automations can enhance transfers by creating dated archives, routing files to BI or warehouse folders, and separating source/provider submissions from customer-facing outputs.
