How it works
Couchdrop can connect to Salesforce Commerce Cloud via SFTP and/or webhooks, allowing you to send files from Salesforce environments to Couchdrop or receive files into Couchdrop.
As Couchdrop can integrate with over 30 storage platforms for SFTP transfers, this means you can directly send files to any connected storage or receive files from these platforms into Salesforce, with the ability to use the full capabilities of Couchdrop for transfers in either direction.
With the Salesforce Commerce Cloud connection, you can export files via SFTP and webhook and receive files into Salesforce via SFTP. These transfers are also compatible with Couchdrop automated workflows.

Getting started
- Choose/create an SFTP user to authenticate as for the Salesforce connection.
- Set up an SFTP Connection in Salesforce Commerce Cloud using the user details you set up for the SFTP endpoint.
- Sending files: In Salesforce, choose the file(s) to send via SFTP. These will land in Couchdrop in the connected directory.
- Receiving files via SFTP: Configure an SFTP connection to connect to receive files from Couchdrop into Salesforce.
