How it works
The UKG/Kronos connector lets you receive UKG exports like workforce, payroll, and HR data via SFTP and have them sent directly to any of the 30+ platforms that Couchdrop supports.
This means you can export files directly to platforms like Azure Blob, S3, SharePoint, and Google Workspace. All transfers stream files directly between platforms, and Couchdrop never stores the files at any point.
Along with simple exports to storage, Couchdrop can also automate entire data flows. By using the UKG file export as the trigger, a workflow can activate to automate file processing like copying, renaming, and transforming file data. The files can also be routed to partners or pushed into internal systems automatically.

Getting started
- Create/choose a Couchdrop SFTP user and choose a root folder. This folder will be used as the destination and can be a directory in any connected storage.
- Set up an SFTP integration in UKG. For the SFTP server details, use the information for the user in Step 1.
- Configure the data you want to export and choose the SFTP integration as the export method.
- Schedule the export to have the files regularly sent to the connected Couchdrop directory.
Note: To export some types of data, you may need to install or configure an integration pack first, such as a Payroll or Timecard Export.
