Receive files from Dayforce into Couchdrop

Using the Ceridian/Dayforce integration, you can send files like workforce and benefits data from Dayforce to Couchdrop and have them arrive in any connected storage.

When combined with the 30+ native storage integrations, this means that you can directly send files via SFTP from Dayforce and have them land in a directory in any storage platform you connect. You can also use the full capabilities of Couchdrop during and after the file transfer process.

After receiving the file, you can use Couchdrop automations to route, transform, and process files as well as push them into other platforms, such as making backup copies or having the data ingested by other internal systems.

1. Create/choose a Couchdrop SFTP user. This user will be used to set up the SFTP connection in Dayforce.
2. Choose the data, configure the file format, then set up an SFTP export in Dayforce using the details from Step 1.
3. To automate the transfer, set up scheduled exports using the same SFTP endpoint.
