Route CommPeak recordings from S3 or FTP to your storage
Use Couchdrop to collect CommPeak Cloud PBX or Dialer recordings over S3 protocol or FTP and bridge them into connected storage.

Integrate CommPeak with Couchdrop
How it works
CommPeak gives customers protocol-level access to recordings generated by Cloud PBX or Dialer. Couchdrop uses that S3 or FTP access to collect recording files and move them into the storage systems used by the business.
The S3 workflow is a strong fit where CommPeak provides S3-compatible access details. FTP access can be used for customers that operate recording access through FTP.
CommPeak APIs and webhooks can be used alongside the file flow when downstream applications need event or campaign context around recordings.
Capabilities
- Collect CommPeak Cloud PBX or Dialer recordings using S3 protocol access
- Collect recordings using FTP access where that workflow is used
- Write recordings through to SharePoint, Google Drive, Amazon S3, Azure Blob, archives, or analytics folders
- Use Couchdrop automations to copy, retain, distribute, or process recordings after collection
- Pair file movement with CommPeak APIs and webhooks for event-driven workflows
Getting started
- Create a CommPeak recording access account for the relevant Cloud PBX or Dialer recordings.
- Select S3 or FTP access and generate the required endpoint and credential details.
- In Couchdrop, configure the CommPeak recording source and map it to the destination storage folder.
- Run a test listing or sync to confirm the recording directory and file structure.
- Use Couchdrop automations to copy, archive, or route recordings after they are collected.
