Send HiBob files to Couchdrop via SFTP

The HiBob connector allows you to transfer data like payroll, financial, and employee files from HiBob to Couchdrop and have them arrive in any connected storage.

When combined with the 30+ native storage integrations, this means that you can directly send files via SFTP from HiBob and have them transferred directly into a storage directory in any connected platform. You can also use the full capabilities of Couchdrop during and after the file transfer process.

After receiving files from HiBob, you can use Couchdrop automations to route, transform, and process files as well as push them into other platforms, such as making backup copies or having the data ingested by other internal systems.

1. Create/choose a Couchdrop SFTP user. This user will be used to set up the SFTP connection in HiBob.
2. Set up an SFTP integration in HiBob under Integrations and use the details from Step 1 to authenticate.
3. Create a report or export for the HiBob data you want to send.
4. To automate the transfer, set an export schedule in HiBob.
