Securely exchange data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other platforms

Couchdrop can connect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance / Business Central) via SFTP, email, and/or webhooks, allowing you to send files from Dynamics 365 environments to Couchdrop or receive files into Couchdrop.

As Couchdrop can integrate with over 30 storage platforms for SFTP transfers, this means you can directly send files to any connected storage or receive files from these platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the ability to use the full capabilities of Couchdrop for transfers in either direction.

With the Microsoft Dynamics 365 connector, you can export files via SFTP, webhook, or email and receive files into Couchdrop. You can also send files from Couchdrop and have them land in your Dynamics 365 account. All file transfers are compatible with Couchdrop automated workflows.

1. Choose/create an SFTP user to authenticate as for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 connection.
2. Set up an SFTP Connection in Dynamics 365 Finance / Business Central using the user details you set up for the SFTP endpoint.
3. Sending files: In Dynamics 365, choose the file(s) to send via SFTP or email files to a Couchdrop Mailbox address. These will land in Couchdrop in the connected directory.
4. Receiving files via SFTP: Configure an SFTP connection to receive files from Couchdrop into Dynamics 365.
