Securely export Oracle HCM files to Couchdrop via SFTP

With the Oracle HCM connector, you can export data like employee information, workforce data, and HCM analytics reports and send them via SFTP directly into any connected storage platform in Couchdrop.

The connector helps expand connectivity throughout your platforms by allowing you to send files directly to any of the 30+ native storage integrations that Couchdrop supports, or push files directly into other platforms or systems.

You can also use files sent from Oracle HCM as a trigger for Couchdrop automations, allowing you to transform, process, and route files automatically. This can include moving files to storage platforms or having them automatically ingested by other internal systems.

1. Create/choose a Couchdrop SFTP user. This user will be used to set up the SFTP connection in Oracle HCM.
2. Configure an SFTP connection in Oracle. One way to do this is by using Oracle Analytics Publisher and using an SFTP server as the delivery channel.
1. Depending on the type of data you want to transfer, you may need to set up the SFTP connection elsewhere, but still using the user details from Step 1.
3. Create an HCM extract or report and export that file to the SFTP channel connected to Couchdrop.

Note: For more complex workflows, you can use Oracle Integration Cloud to move files to an SFTP location and use your Couchdrop details to have files land directly in your storage.
