Send RingCentral archive data to any storage platform via SFTP

RingCentral Archiver is an automatic backup solution and a convenient way of storing and retrieving phone data. While it has cloud storage support, it can only back up data to Dropbox, Google Drive, or Box accounts.

Couchdrop allows you to use the RingCentral SFTP connector to integrate any storage platform with RingCentral Archiver, enabling you to back up phone data to over 20 storage platforms including SharePoint, S3, Azure Blob, ShareFile, and more.

As RingCentral has many built-in syncing options, when combined with Couchdrop, you can back up call recording, Voicemails, SMS/MMS Messages, and more to the storage of your choice.

• Route received files to cloud storage, external parties, or other internal systems
• Sync backup data from RingCentral to any platform Couchdrop supports

1. Create/choose a storage connection. Create a new SFTP user and map them to the storage connection. 
2. In the RingCentral admin panel go to More > Apps and Resources > Archiver. Under the Accounts tab, select SFTP. 
3. Add the user details for the Couchdrop SFTP user. 
4. Choose which data to send/sync to the cloud storage directory.
