Can I configure multiple SharePoint sites in one account?

Yes, you can add as many SharePoint sites as you’d like in one Couchdrop account. You can also add sites from multiple SharePoint accounts and move files between them using Couchdrop.

Does Couchdrop support SharePoint online or SharePoint on-prem?

Both. Couchdrop supports both users and SharePoint Document Libraries for both on-prem SharePoint and SharePoint online and can transfer files from either to any other storage you have connected.

Can I share SharePoint files without giving the person access to my SharePoint?

Yes, there are several ways to accomplish this. You can create a user in Couchdrop and isolate that user to a SharePoint directory or use Shared Links or Inboxes depending on whether you need the user to download or upload files to SharePoint.

How do I sync a file server with SharePoint online?

To sync files from an on-prem server to SharePoint, you’ll first need to connect both the server and SharePoint to Couchdrop. Then you can transfer files from the server automatically into SharePoint by setting up an automation.
