Integrate Adobe Campaign with Couchdrop

How it works

Adobe Campaign workflows can use file transfer activities to download files from a remote server, upload files to a server, check whether a file exists, or list files for processing. Couchdrop can act as the FTP or SFTP server for these activities and route the files to the systems that need them.

For example, a customer segment file can be staged in Couchdrop from a data warehouse and collected by Adobe Campaign, while Campaign-generated exports or delivery files can be sent back through Couchdrop into SharePoint, S3, Azure Blob, or a partner folder.

Capabilities

  • Provide SFTP or FTP endpoints for Adobe Campaign File Transfer activities
  • Stage audience, suppression, response, segment, and personalization files for Campaign workflows
  • Receive Campaign exports and route them to SharePoint, S3, Azure Blob, Snowflake, Google Drive, or partner folders
  • Support recurring campaign operations without maintaining separate transfer infrastructure
  • Use automations to rename, archive, validate, copy, and distribute campaign files

Getting started

  1. Create a Couchdrop SFTP or FTP user for the Adobe Campaign workflow.
  2. Choose the connected folder that Campaign will read from or write to.
  3. In Adobe Campaign, add or configure a File Transfer activity in the relevant workflow.
  4. Select the appropriate transfer action and enter the Couchdrop endpoint, path, and credentials.
  5. Use Couchdrop automations to move transferred files into the correct storage, analytics, or partner destination.
