How it works

Bright Pattern can export completed recordings from the contact center to an external file destination. Couchdrop supplies the FTP, SFTP, or S3-compatible endpoint and maps it to the storage or processing path required by the business.

Alongside the audio files, Bright Pattern can generate CSV manifest data that Couchdrop can keep with the recording set or route to an analytics folder.

After delivery, Couchdrop automations can separate files by campaign, date, customer, or retention policy and forward them to archive, QA, or speech analytics workflows.

Getting started

  1. Create a Couchdrop FTP/SFTP user or S3-compatible endpoint for the Bright Pattern recording export.
  2. Map the endpoint to the destination folder for recordings and CSV manifest files.
  3. In Bright Pattern, configure Call Recording Export with the matching FTP, SFTP, or S3 settings.
  4. Set the file naming pattern and manifest options required by the archive workflow.
  5. Run a test export and enable Couchdrop automations for routing, retention, or analytics delivery.
