Route Google CCAI Platform files from SFTP to your storage

CCAI Platform can write session artifacts to an external SFTP server. Couchdrop supplies that SFTP endpoint and maps the file path to the destination storage system used by the business.

Call recordings, chat transcripts, uploaded files, email transcripts, and metadata can be organized after arrival and sent into retention, analytics, QA, or customer-specific destinations.

Apps APIs and webhooks can sit alongside the SFTP file flow for application and notification workflows.

• Receive CCAI Platform call recordings, transcripts, uploaded files, and metadata over SFTP
• Write external-storage files through to SharePoint, Google Drive, Amazon S3, Azure Blob, data-platform folders, or archives
• Use Couchdrop automations to copy, rename, retain, or forward session artifacts
• Use CCAI Platform Apps APIs for application workflows
• Use CCAI Platform webhooks for real-time notification workflows

1. Create a Couchdrop SFTP user and map it to the destination folder for CCAI Platform external storage.
2. In CCAI Platform, create or edit the external storage configuration and choose SFTP.
3. Enter the Couchdrop host, port, username, password or key, and folder path.
4. Select the object types to store externally, such as recordings, transcripts, uploads, email transcripts, and metadata.
5. Test the configuration and use Couchdrop automations to route files after delivery.
