Send Infobip recordings from SFTP to your storage
Use Couchdrop as the SFTP bridge from Infobip completed voice and video recordings into storage, compliance, and analytics workflows.

Integrate Infobip with Couchdrop
How it works
Infobip can push completed voice and video recordings to a customer SFTP server. Couchdrop supplies that SFTP endpoint and maps it to the storage location required by the workflow.
Recordings can be written through to compliance storage, customer folders, quality review, analytics, or long-term archive paths.
Infobip Voice APIs and Calls API webhooks can be used alongside the SFTP flow when applications need recording retrieval, call activity, or event context.
Capabilities
- Receive completed Infobip voice and video recordings through SFTP push
- Write recording media and metadata through to SharePoint, Google Drive, Amazon S3, Azure Blob, QA folders, compliance archives, or analytics destinations
- Use Couchdrop automations to distribute, archive, or process recording files after delivery
- Use Infobip Voice API recording retrieval where an API workflow is required
- Use Calls API webhooks for event-driven communications workflows
Getting started
- Create a Couchdrop SFTP user and map it to the destination folder for Infobip recordings.
- In Infobip, configure recording storage to push completed recordings to a customer SFTP server.
- Enter the Couchdrop host, port, path, username, and authentication details.
- Run a call or video test that creates a recording and confirm the file package is written through to the target storage.
- Use Couchdrop automations to distribute, archive, or process the recording and metadata files.
