Integrate Ivanti Neurons for ITSM with Couchdrop

How it works

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM can use file-based import and export connections as part of its data integration processes. Couchdrop can act as the remote SFTP or FTP location for those jobs, making it easier to move service management files between Ivanti and the systems where teams store, analyze, or share them.

For example, asset data from an ERP platform can be staged in Couchdrop for Ivanti to import, while Ivanti exports can be routed into SharePoint for operations teams, S3 or Azure Blob for archival, or Snowflake and BigQuery for analytics pipelines.

Capabilities

  • Provide SFTP and FTP endpoints for Ivanti import and export connections
  • Move asset, user, ticket, configuration, and report files between Ivanti and connected platforms
  • Send Ivanti files to SharePoint, S3, Azure Blob, Google Drive, Box, Snowflake, or other destinations
  • Receive source files from HR, ERP, data, or vendor systems for Ivanti import jobs
  • Use Couchdrop automations to organize, archive, route, and process files after transfer

Getting started

  1. Create a Couchdrop SFTP or FTP user for the Ivanti import or export job.
  2. Select the connected destination folder, such as SharePoint for team access or S3 for archive and analytics workflows.
  3. In Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, configure the relevant Data Integration Wizard import or export connection.
  4. Enter the Couchdrop host, path, protocol, and authentication details.
  5. Schedule the transfer and use Couchdrop automations to deliver files to the right storage, reporting, or downstream system.
