Shared Actions are now GA in Couchdrop
Shared Actions allow admins to create File Action workflows and provide their team with access to run the action on files without having to worry about how it works under the hood.
With this major update, Couchdrop now supports sending data directly into AWS SQS, Google Pub/Sub, Azure Queue, Workato, Celigo, Boomi, Make, Zapier, Snowflake, Big Query, and Supabase.
Couchdrop has added several new options for securely sharing and sending files, including emailing files and generating secure sharing links with automations.
Couchdrop now supports Microsoft’s Government Community Cloud (GCC) for SharePoint, making it easier for U.S. public sector and government-adjacent organizations to securely transfer files.
Couchdrop now supports authentication to Azure Blob storage using Shared Access Tokens (SAS).
You can now duplicate File Actions and Transfer Automations directly from the Couchdrop UI to save time and cut down on manual configuration.
Smart search allows for precise, filtered searching of Activity audit logs using system parameters with several options to easily share search results.
Password protection and auto lockout can now be enabled for Upload Links to prohibit unauthorized access to web upload portals.
Couchdrop now includes more metadata for files and folders so admins can quickly view in-use folders, permissions, and custom properties at a glance.
